The Export, Promotion Department of the Board of Trade have received from the United Kingdom Trade Commissioner in Hong Kong a copy of the Hong Kong University Annual Report for 1946-47.

We should be interested to see this and feel there would be "loss of face if we had to depend on the Board of Trade. Could you send us a copy?
